I'm sure if there was a cheap method of importing ships from the US/CA to
Europe, someone would already have made a business out of it.

Regulation is complicated enough to send a person digging for weeks to find
out exactly what label would go where, at what moment, under which condition
and how much gold is involved.

Just curious. Would the CE label be expensive to acquire on a stripped out
hull? What if the other parts arrived elsewhere in the EU? Could they be
inexpensively added after the CE label was acquired?
