Danny,

Controversial subject.  Some believe you should keep your thru hulls isolated.  
Some believe you should bond them.

If you choose to bond them, use bonding wire.  It's green and usually about 8 
AWG.  Connect all to a common point which has a connection to a sacrificial 
anode.  If the anode is on your keel, ten bond to the keel.  If on a hull anode 
then bond to the terminal on that.  If your anode is on your shaft then bond to 
the engine and make sure there is a path to the anode.  That is, if you have a 
rubber drive protector, ensure there is a connection between the coupling 
halves.

Don't forget to bond your sea strainer(s) also.

This ought to get some discussion going.  Just remember, there are several 
"grounding" systems on a boat.  Shore power, DC users, bonding, and lightning.  
All have advocates of different ways to do them.
