For some reason I have in the back of my head that they might be (at least on my boat) the old Gray series/Bomar/pompanette portlights? Take a look at the 414 variations.

The port is plastic with the deminsions of 4 7/8" X 15", there are two hinge points that are connected to the fixed part of the port and the outside measurement of them is 9 1/4". Anyone with a thought of repair or replacement, please advise. I do not believe that it was produced by Atkins Hoyle.
