I am beginning to think that the termistor is the weak link. Lots of them seem to fail. Raytheon says that you should measure about 15K ohms across the white and brown wire. If in fact the circuit is open and registers either no ohms or something less, what would happen if you were able to install a 15 k resistor or thermistor across the circuit and leave the brown and white wires off?
