Hi Folks,
I replaced the main winches on my 27 with a pair of ST ones so I have a
the old winches that came off. They are in excellent condition,
springs, pawls etc all look absolutely fine, no sign of wear, bearings
all look good. They would make good upgrades for a 24-26, a straight
replacement on a 27 if yours are tatty, or perhaps a nice pair of
secondaries on something bigger.
They seem to go for around $250 each on fleabay and the like, make me an
offer if you're interested.
