Why is it that this subject has generated more discussion than practically any
other topic about sailing!!??? But since no one has yet mentioned the
venerable Classic Martini, I will. Of course, made with Bombay Sapphire gin
(Tanqueray in a pinch), three olives, stirred not shaken! Nothing quite like
it after a great day's sail, bobbing at anchor as the sun sets somewhere in the
1000 Islands - the Admiral with her chilled Pinot Grigio .... that's Paradise!
The 2014 sailing season can't come too soon!
