Sorry, but I strongly disagree. One of the most popular reasons for
people to unsubscribe from this list over the years has been that the
sheer volume of emails is too much to handle. To monopolize this C&C
specific discussion list with the nuts and bolts communications
generated by such a (non-C&C specific) project would be inappropriate,
to put it as mildly as possible. It needs to have it's own home.
Swamping this list is not the answer.
