I once saw beautiful VW Cabrio with license plate NO PRENUP. Must be a nautical
equivalent somewhere.

A local racer used to have a boat named after his wife. After the divorce, the
boat got rechristened “White Bitch”.

Years ago there was an IOR boat from the Lakes called Fujimo.

Apparently the owners wife, Jane, told him, "it's either me or that damned
boat!"

Hence, F U Jane I'm Moving Out

I’ve always enjoyed the name “WOFTAM”, which I think is on a local Mumm 30
(Annapolis). I’ve thought about changing my boat’s name to that...

There is a older sailboat I see at Ballantynes Cove every summer named JAFTICA

Anyone guess what that one translates to?

I always thought that would be a great name for a cruising boat. Except you’d
need to explain it to every lock and bridge tender on the ICW.
