It's hard to tell from your photos of the bearings but you may not have a problem. The cage that holds the roller bearings in place are made in two parts. It looks like you have to reseat the roller bearings into the cage and then snap the cage halves together again. If you still need replacement parts, contact the Arco Hutton Winch Company.
