As someone said, if you look closely all is not normal. The plastic rollers are all damaged. Try a local bearing company this morning... No dice. It may well be cheaper to buy a used winch than shell many Australian loonies for replacements. I know my wife would appreciate a self tailer for the halyards. The saga continues ;)
