Solbian would be the way to go. I would have bought them, but they were
in pre-production when I was doing the project, and unless you were
Bruce Schwab you couldn't get your hands on them.

FWIW, I have three little 11W flexible panels on my dodger, with
blocking diodes, so that if one's in the shade the other two still work.

One of my regrets is not getting a nice big flexible panel that I could
bungee over the boom when on the hook for extended periods. That might
be the best option for you.
My Honda 20i is a lifesaver. It really is quiet. I run it in the
cockpit (taking care that the exhaust isn't pointed at anything that can
be damaged, like the leather cover on the wheel) and I can sit five feet
away and talk on the radio without a problem.
