Joel,

The rudder was rebuilt last winter (2012-2013) so I'm wondering if the
shaft is tilted in the rudder.  I think bent would have been noticed.  I
was considering some sort of trim tab. Or maybe building up one side to
change the hydrodynamics.

Thanks for the compliment on the shine.  No it's not poly-glow.  I can't
tell if it has been painted or gelcoated or just polished so I error on the
safe side and just use the awlcare wash and sealer.
