I did pull out the box cupboard and there is a bulkhead that blocks access on my boat. However, I could cut an access panel that would be hidden. It's been a long time and I am not 100% sure you can reach there but worth a look. The previous owner had to repair a broken pipe there once. Much easier than swapping out the holding tank!
