Raymond, We also have a 1985 C&C 33-II. The plastic insert covers the spinnaker pole track that is part of the mast extrusion. My understanding is C&C made the spars, for parts try South Shore Yachts http://southshoreyachts.com/ talk to Rob Maclachlan, he used to work for C&C.
