You should be able to check for charging voltage at the batteries. It should be over 13 volts, depending on your battery type and regulator settings. Your shorepower charging circuit may be different from your alternator charging circuit.
Do you have a diode or combiner in between your start and house batteries, or is it all dependent on main switch position?
