As stated before, I like to follow the manufacturer's recommendation and use Lubriplate 130 AA for MaxProp. It is a grease that works well on bronze parts. The base is the same for Lewmar winch grease. I opened our MaxProp this winter after 7 years on the boat, and found the metal clean, bright gold in color, and shiny. No oxidation at all. Thanks, Lubriplate.

Has anyone tried Krazy Grease, a waterproof grease in cartridges that is advertised as being the greatest thing since short skirts? Might be good on MaxProps etc. See www.krazygrease.com Rich Knowles INDIGO LF38 Halifax, NS. _______________________________________________ This List is provided by the C&C Photo Album Email address: [email protected] To change your list preferences, including unsubscribing -- go bottom of page at: http://cnc-list.com/mailman/listinfo/cnc-list_cnc-list.com
