I can't see any reason to install a massive charger on a 35' boat with minimal dockside DC needs other than refrigeration and stereo. Charging overnight with a 10 or 20 amp charger will generally suffice to top up the batteries after a day or two on the water.
Also, why three banks? Most of the boats I work on and have owned have three batteries; two in parallel for the house bank and one for engine starting. Just curious.
