Kevin,
I bought a replacement from Polybelt and have been very happy with it. As I recall, they came as a pair. I now carry a spare, just in case. I did take it apart Sunday and pins and everything appeared normal. I am suspecting it is a simple case of worn belt, and perhaps pully? The clutch just didn't have enough tension to keep it closed. Here is the belt that was on there: 442 synchroflex belt AT 5/750 (9mm wide I believe) Which are to be replacement for: RAyMARInE Product Number 36014. I see polybelt.com sells direct replacement as well as other knock offs for our of production raymarine part. Shall I favor one over another? Shall I replace the pully as well? I don't want to invest too heavily in antiquated technology where unnecessary... Pics here: https://drive.google.com/folder/d/0BwhcX19YaPJ8dHdELXc0WTgtY0k/edit Thanks!
