I actually have been out on a windy 19 degree night. Constant supply of hot 
cider from below kept me going.

Actually, I've been in southern Illinois (Marion, flying through St Louis...) 
for the last week or so for work; it was about the same here this morning (+3F) 
as it was in Minneapolis.

Not very good sailing weather, although the wind has been pretty good...   :^)

Haven't seen much
traffic the last few days.  It was 9 F this a.m. in
Annapolis!  School was delyed 2 hours so the little rugrats
wouldn't freeze at the bus stop.
