Ed Yanmar 3gm has no glow plug, correct? More cranking amps might mean faster cranking in the spring and late fall. My 2gm does better in cold weather with a faster crank. I'm on a mooring as you are and I feel it makes a difference. Sent from a bourbon tasting. Hope this makes sense.
