Jake, We had garhauer make them for Perception(33-2), 2 aft, their standard fit fine, the 3 forward had to have non standard made ... Love the ball bearings!
The Catalina's in your picture are Garhauer's, they do most of the hardware for Catalina. These sheaves are 2 (3/4)" in diameter, (1/2)" wide, and run on a (1/2)" shaft. I've looked at Zephyrworks, but would like another sheave with bearings. They are pretty friction free and don't require any maintenance. Google hasn't been much help yet, but I thought someone on the list might have a source.
