I was there 2 years ago.  We didn't understand the approach and traveled way 
too far north before turning east.  You really need to stay east of the shallow 
ridge that extends from the danger range marker.  It's easy to see on the 
charts...if you know to look.  We draft 6.5ish.  We didn't have any trouble in 
the square.
