The MK I smile is fixed for the cost of a socket set usually.
The 35 MK III can potentially have a serious issue not fixed by tightening the 
bolts.

Torque the keel bolts, wrap a couple layers of biaxial tape over the joint and 
go sailing.  Should be under $1000.
