Wouldn’t it be identical except swap a 4 for the 7?    Would it be possible to 
attach these onto the original raised plastic name plate (at least that is my 
memory of my current unreadable nameplate).  I think that would work if it was 
stainless as pictured.  I can take some measurements this weekend.  Dave
