It is not surprising that dealing with APS and Defender as a manufacturer is 
also a pleasant experience as compared to other larger marine chain stores.  
Not only do they train their employees to be knowledgeable about what they 
sell, they also provide honest and dependable service and work to build healthy 
business relations with their vendors.
The Defender Warehouse Sale typically has more aftermarket factory reps on hand 
than any boat show with the exception of Annapolis.  Great event and I've been 
to every one for the last 14 years.
