Peter, I have a piece of neoprene material, adhesive on both sides, left over from an installation of a chartplotter in a Navpod. It looks just like the material of the Navpod gaskets. White paper on both sides you peel off to expose the adhesive. If you are still looking for a material for your gaskets, I would be happy to send you the piece, which you can use to cut out the gaskets you need. The piece is big enough for that, but easy to mail. If you can use it, just let me know your email address (so we can correspond off-list) and a mailing address.
