I have the same issue on my 37+. Water from the bilge gets around the keel bolts when the boat is on the hard. I first noticed rust coming out of a blister in the keel. When the boat is in the water nothing leaks. Next winter I'm going to pull the mast, seal around the keel bolts and torque them. For my boat, the bolts that leak are under the mast. I'll probably also grind off the filler put in the blister so as to allow any residual water to drain out. Ron Ricci S/V Patriot
