there was a 1989 C&C 37+ for sale in Mattapoisett for over a year. they
started at $75k and ended up selling it for $50k. I've become friendly
with a guy in Mattapoisett that is good friends with the couple that
owned the 37+. They had already bought a new boat and just wanted it
gone. So, the price kept coming down.
I looked at the boat when it first popped up. I was reluctant because
of the deep draft. The boat was in impeccable condition. It did need
Sails and the rig had not been serviced and she had no canvas over the
cockpit. I think it sold over last winter. The interior was in really
nice shape.
I'm just hoping that ads some perspective.

Does anyone have any info on a 1988 37+ located in Ontario called
'STOP 37'?
It just came up on Yachtworld and I'm interested. :) But it's a
long way
for me to travel if it's been rode hard and put away wet.
