Congratulations on your new old boat! I have hull #7 and have been
through every inch of the boat in the 21 years that I have had it. I am
also an Engineer (Retire Mechanical Design). If you have questions, you
will find a wealth of knowledge on this list.
Our boat was originally purchased as a Chicago-Mackinaw race boat in
1971 and was christened as Red Pepper. She was sold to a professor from
Loyola University who renamed her to Corsair and moved it from Chicago
to Holland, Mi where we bought it after he had pretty much abandoned
it. We bought it for what he owed the bank, marina and storage place.
It needed a lot of work and it has been my summer project for most of
that time.

No major concerns as a well kept one owner boat who bought it new from

as much info and detail as possible and I have all winter to get up to
