I had the fan in my Alder Barbour go out. From what I can tell the nova cool and the alder barbour and many of the others are danfoss compressor mated with a control circuit and some other special personalizations. My fan was a 120mm computer fan. Any 12v 120mm fan will work. Many of them have a red, black, and yellow wire. The yellow is just an rpm indicator, leave it disconnected or even cut it short.
If you want to find the exact match you'll probably find it or something close on mouser.com I used the opportunity to optimize the noise to power to flow ratios.
