My boat has these SS toe rail cleats. We recently had a storm with wind gusts over 50 mph and they held the boat (with mast in) in place with no problems. I am confident they can hold in much higher winds as well. FYI

They're rated for a load of 2,000lb. Assuming my 10,000 displacement C&C is on a nylon spring line (with rubber snubbers) tied to this in a 40kn wind, will the cleat hold?
