Just did mine yesterday. You most likely have a 7/8”shaft (assuming the Yanmar 2QM15 engine). You will need ¼” square packing and as was said, three wraps. The stuff the prop specialist sold me is GTU, which is black and a fiber product. There are others, but this stuff is really slippery. It cuts easily with a sharp razor knife and if you handle it carefully, does not fray on the ends. A foot of the packing will do.
