I accidentally found that MEK works surprisingly well. I had a fender which was gummy and left a real mess on the side if the boat. Nothing was getting the goo off - acetone, alcohol, goof off. I finally stumbled on some MEK in my arsenal and the goo came right off, almost with no effort at all. From what I can tell Interlux 202 is a very similar solvant. Try whichever one you have.
