Richard — there are a few other lakes connected to Lake Michigan, if I recall my geography correctly… :^)
One of the the largest dealers (if not the largest) of C&C's throughout much of the 70’s and 80’s was Sailboats, Inc; they sold tons of C&C all over Lake Michigan and more on Lake Superior. You may want to look on Superior, as well; not too bad a delivery. I’ve done it a few times.
