Neil,
If you can get a 35-3 for 25k, close as fast as you can. Mine (1984) is
for sail and is 20k more. It is an absolutely wonderful boat, sails
better than most, fast, safe and will give you many years of satisfied
ownership. I bought mine in 93 and have loved every day I have owned it.
I am only selling as it it is very costly to ship it to California,
where I will be moving next summer.
