Lisle, the main thing to be wary of is falling in love with the boat...which you will do...I did, and now I'm on my 4th C&C...(25, 29, 33-II and 37); as are many of the good people on this list.....! Do get the survey, and do check out the things needing improvement or repairs, but also know that there is a wealth of information available here and other places and that boat will dig in and drive when she get a breeze...grin...grin...grin....
