I can't speak too much to the vent question but hatches I have some experience
with.
I looked into all this.  I ended up going with all new hatches.  6 in all.
Select plastics are expensive.  Its pretty much the same cost as a new hatch.
The savings they claim is in the labor to install a new hatch rather than just
take the lid off and put it back on.
Glazer glass in New bedford Massachusetts is far more reasonable in price.
I went new because all the plastic hardware was uv damaged and brittle.  There
are some how to videos out there on how to do the lens yourself.
If you have the old lewmar ocean hatches let me know the size.  I may have one
of the same size.  You could keep a hatch in place and replace the lens in the
spare to allow a clean swap out.  It also allows plenty of time to do it right
without worry of a big opening in the deck for any length of time.  Or we could
get the spare to glazer glass, have them do the lens and then do a clean swap.
I have no affiliation with either of these glass companies other than having
spoke to them on the phone.
