C&C Brethren and Sisterhood,

In my capacity as a Yacht Broker, I am about to list a 1984 C&C35, but want to
accurately reflect the capacity and passenger maximum for the boat. I hope it is
okay to ask if anyone on this list can assist?

Neil,
I own a 35 MK III. It has no plate detailing limits. I have had the boat rafted up
to a C&C 40 and we had a lot of people aboard (at least 15-20/boat for a club
rondezvous and each boat was still on its lines. The boat can sleep 6, carry 8 crew
(when flying a chute) and have room when docked or moored for many more. It is the
kind of question that is answered by reality. With many more people aboard, you
could not sail safely. On a mooring, it depends on how much booze you have aboard
and what you are serving.
