I use a moveable cleat on the very front end of my Genoa track.  The PO had one 
and I picked up one for the other side.  Works great.

In addition, I have a rail mounted cleat as a back up.

And bails.  Three per side.  Two for fenders and one forward for our preventer. 
 I would post a link, but It looks like C.S.Johnson stopped making them.  But 
they sure are handy.
