AND strip the [EXTERNAL] type junk from the subject line.
It helps with searches, DTR (down the road) or if 
you have some Acadian, DDR (down da road).

We can smirk and appreciate that you are active 
on the list while at work but the [EXTERNAL] thing is almost like bragging.
