Looks fairly straightforward.  Is it shown on Page 202 or 204 here?:

Can't quite see if seal will slip over the flange on the end of the crank.

Bet if you took the engine, seal and gasket to a tractor repair guy he's do
it reasonably if you don't feel comfortable. A crankshaft seal replacement
is a fairly simple generic job.  There are lots of you tube videos on how.
Just be careful not to scratch the surface on the block or crankshaft.

I rebuilt an M-30 once.  A lot of the work was done by a local cylinder
head and engine block shop that worked on cars and dragsters.  An engine is
an engine.
