I like Sikkens cetol light or natural. Did my teak and holly sole with that about 10 years ago only one cost on bared lightly sanded wood still fine with me and i dont remove my shoes to go below and we use the shower which seems to overspray everywhere and so gives a good reason to wash the sole a few times a year. It has very little shine but i like it that way
