Just take a 3/4 drive with the right size socket for the nut and the
appropriate vertical extension then use a pipe on the drive end of the
wrench about 3 feet long and pull with all your weight but don’t jerk it.
You should end up pretty close to what is recommended but you will be lucky
to get more than one click on the drive for each pull given the space
available in the cabin. I did that on my 35MKII and at the time i had
custom 3/8 thick ss plates made to replace the old washers.  And last
spring i got rid off the famous C&C smile with glass and epoxy at the
forward end of the keel/sump joint about 18 inches and after several freeze
thaw cycles all seems good
