the windows on a 25):

I agree with Rick and Dennis, use a good foam weatherstrip.  The stuff that 
South Shore provides with their gasket is junk.  A more robust weatherstrip 
makes it slightly more difficult to install the window, though.

If you replace the window itself, be aware that you can sand any high spots on 
the perimeter of the acrylic to help fit the window to the frame.  My local 
glass company recommended this and I found it worked very well.
