The good news is my marina isn't exactly secure, so it isn't like I won't be able to get there anyway. Between this and barring access to second homes, I have some issues with a constructive taking of property. I get not infecting people, but I don't get within 50 feet of any other person at the marina. Also, if my boat is damaged due to lack of maintenance in some way, who is on the hook for that? Does the marina still expect to get paid?

The county instruction allow them to staff with their own people if the maintain "social distancing". So in at least some cases you can't work on your own boat but can pay them to do work.
