Chris,
Torquing the keel bolts to specs will help to diagnose your
issue....here's hoping a turn or two on the bolts will solve it. When do
you plan to haul your boat next to check it out? I would recommend that
sooner than later.
I have dived in a well fitted wet suit in cold water for as long as my
air supplied lasted......the body warms the layer of water between the
wet suit and your skin for some time....you will be fine for a few minutes.
