Hello all. Wondering what the group thinks about painting the rudders white? I always did this on my 89 Ericson 32 as I was told they had issues. When we bought our 89 37xl it was not white and left it that way. When we bought our current 1979 36, it was white. The past two years I have painted it the same blue as the bottom. One of the workers at my yard suggested I reconsider, as he has seen C&C rudders fail due to sun/heat exposure while on land. Thanks!
