Anchor guard? You mean something like you see on powerboats or ships on the 
hull to keep the anchor from scratching the boat?
I have never seen one, but if I wanted one I think I would cut it out of 
cardboard or posterboard, make sure it fit, and then drop it off at my local 
stainless steel fabricator to get it made.

That would be a bit more complex to fabricate than a flat plate on one side of 
the bow.
