Hi Len, I am having a similar problem with the forward hatch on my 30-2 as well. I have not looked at the hinges that closely yet, but I will tomorrow and let you know if they can be 3D printed or not. I have access to several high-end printers at work and should be able to figure out what would be involved. I am pretty sure that my hatch is the old Lewmar style with roller stops.
