Although probably not a reasonable solution if you are doing a small area or 
repair job, I used AwlGrip’s GripTex 
<http://roninrebuild.blogspot.com/2017/09/i-getting-better-with-spray-gun-sort-of.html>
 material when I repainted my decks. IMO, it was an exact match to the old worn 
away non-skip on my model. No regrets.
